Find Clarity. Gain Confidence. Move Forward.
Do you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about your next steps? Maybe you’re constantly overthinking decisions, struggling with stress and anxiety, or feeling drained without knowing why. Life’s challenges can feel heavy, but you don’t have to navigate them alone.
Counselling isn’t just for people in crisis. It’s for anyone who wants to improve their well-being, understand themselves better, and develop strategies for managing stress, relationship dynamics, decision-making, and emotional regulation.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, burnout, ADHD symptoms, or relationship difficulties, or simply seeking deeper self-awareness, counselling can help you make sense of what’s going on and move forward with confidence.

As a Specialist Wellness Counsellor (ASCHP) I provide a safe, supportive, and professional space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges. Together we work on finding solutions that make sense for you and your individual circumstances.
Not sure if counselling is right for you? Let’s talk. I offer a free 10-15 minute phone consultation to help you decide if my approach is the right fit. No commitment, just a space to ask questions and explore your options.
From the moment I reached out to Svenja Klückow, her immediate, professional, and compassionate response truly set her apart from others we considered. She stood head and shoulders above the rest, responding swiftly and making us feel understood and supported right from the outset. For any parent concerned about their child’s mental well-being, we cannot recommend Svenja highly enough. She has made a lasting, positive impact, and for that, we are truly thankful.

I would like to express my gratitude to you once again. You’re doing an excellent job. You encouraged me to consider all my options from new perspectives multiple times, sometimes emphasizing more rational thinking, sometimes highlighting gut feelings. I arrived at the same conclusion I had before our session, but this time with one significant difference: I felt completely empowered to make the right decision.

Counsellors are bound to a specific scope of practice which is comprehensive but excludes psychotherapy, social work, medical health work and occupational therapy. Counsellors are obliged to terminate counselling and refer clients to a professional (doctor, psychologist, social worker or psychiatrist) where their counselling, with reference to possible pathology or dysfunction, falls outside the scope of their practice.
